MANILA, Philippines — Former Senator Juan Ponce Enrile insists that former President Benigno Aquino III must be charged of treason allegedly for lack of action in the Mamasapano operation on January 2015. Enrile explains that Aquino failed to act accordingly to the incident being the former president and the commander in chief of the Armed Forces of the Philippines. Enrile also notes that Aquino had the authority to order reinforcements as he was with former DILG Sec. Mar Roxas and former Defense Secretary Voltaire Gazmin during the time the encounter was taking place. WATCH: Pres.
